At first, I thought the smooth, soulful vocals atop the electronic church organ were Låpsley's. 

I was mistaken.

They were the rich melodic exhale of Charlotte Day Wilson. 

"Work" is one of six songs she released last year on her EP "CDW," a gloomy, gospel R&B compilation that in addition to Låpsley, recalls elements of Jessie Ware and Rhye. She's certainly a lady I'll be keeping an eye on and an ear to this year.
